Our online Gift cards are delivered by e-mail and contain a unique code with instructions to redeem them at the checkout. You will receive the Online Gift Card directly to your inbox after purchasing. Forward the email or print out the Gift Card yourself. The Online Gift Card can be applied to any order at zazooh.com.
Feel free to send us a message if you prefer a gift card with a specific amount.
Please note digital gift cards are electronic, physical gift cards are only available in-store at our reseller points. This item cannot be shipped.

- All orders in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany & Luxembourg are shipped free of charge. Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day.

- Orders normally arrive within 1-3 business days by PostNL, but please note there can be delays.
- All orders are trackable and this tracking ID will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. Please get in touch with us at info@zazooh.com if you do not receive your tracking ID within two days after placing your order.

Would you like to exchange an item? Or would you like a refund? You can return it to us for a refund or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order.
The exchange for another item/size is always free of charge. You can use our return label for this purpose. If you are returning items without exchanging them, you can also use our return label. In that case we will only charge €4.95. Note: For NL only, otherwise a discount of €4.95 applies to total return costs.
How can I return an item?
- Item(s) can be returned provided that the item(s) are in good, original condition and have not been worn.
- All items must be returned to us in their original box you received them in.
- If you request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, we will refund you in full to your original payment method, once the item has been returned to us.
- Email the item(s) to be returned and the reason for return to info@zazooh.com and follow the further instructions we will send you.
Refunds
- We aim to refund you within 7-8 working days of receiving your returned item.
