Would you like to exchange an item? Or would you like a refund? You can return it to us for a refund or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order.
The exchange for another item/size is always free of charge. You can use our return label for this purpose. If you are returning items without exchanging them, you can also use our return label. In that case we will only charge €4.95. Note: For NL only, otherwise a discount of €4.95 applies to total return costs.
How can I return an item?
- Item(s) can be returned provided that the item(s) are in good, original condition and have not been worn.
- All items must be returned to us in their original box you received them in.
- If you request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, we will refund you in full to your original payment method, once the item has been returned to us.
- Email the item(s) to be returned and the reason for return to info@zazooh.com and follow the further instructions we will send you.
